How portal information is used

WC26 collects the account, participant, travel and supporting-document information submitted through its registration and operational workflows. UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation uses this information to administer the Butheeb 2026 championship, coordinate authorized services, review registrations and protect the portal.

Only provide information you are authorized to submit. Access to protected records is limited by portal role and account scope. For privacy questions or a correction request, contact UAEERF using the address below.

Terms of use

Use the portal responsibly

Users must provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure and use the portal only for authorized championship work. Federation users must be authorized to act for their delegation. Independent applicants must submit their own accurate professional details.

UAEERF may restrict or suspend access where information is false, an account is misused, or access is no longer required. Submission does not itself confirm accreditation, participation, travel or accommodation.

Accessibility

Designed for clear, keyboard-friendly use

WC26 supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, descriptive labels and status text that does not rely on colour alone. The layouts are designed to remain usable on mobile and desktop screens.

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from completing a task, tell us which page and control caused the problem so the registration team can assist and investigate.
